About East Port Said Development

EP is an Egyptian joint-stock company established in 2016 under Law No. 83 of 2002, governing Special Economic Zones. The company is a joint venture between the Industrial Development Group (IDG), the National Service Project Organization (NSPO), SAMCRETE, and Hassan Allam Holdings. This partnership brings together diverse experiences from the Egyptian construction industry, including developing industrial parks, and successfully delivering landmark projects in Egypt. At East Port Said Development (EP), we lead the development and promotion of the East Port Said Industrial Zone, strategically positioned at Egypt’s northern terminus of the Suez Canal. Situated within the geographical and regulatory boundaries of the Suez Canal Special Economic Zone (SCZONE), our responsibilities encompass building infrastructure, executing, operating, and managing facilities, as well as promoting, marketing, and attracting both local and foreign investors.
