DLRG | Bezirk Berlin Lichtenberg Wir sind Teil der Deutschen Lebensrettungsgesellschaft (DLRG) und des DLRG Landesverbandes Berlin e.V., der größten Wasserrettungsorganisation der Welt. Mit unseren 500 Mitgliedern im Bezirk Lichtenberg sorgen wir zwischen dem Köpenicker Becken und dem Seddinsee ehrenamtlich für Sicherheit auf dem Wasser. Zu unseren Kernaufgaben gehören Schwimm- und Rettungsschwimmausbildung, Aufklärung über Wassergefahren und Wasserrettungsdienst. Die DLRG ist darüber hinaus im Katastrophenschutz der Länder und je nach Ländergesetzgebung im Rettungsdienst tätig. We are part of the German Life Saving Association (DLRG) and it's subsidiary DLRG | Landesverband Berlin e.V., the biggest voluntary organisation of lifeguards world wide. With our 500 members in the Lichtenberg district, we volunteer to ensure safety on the water between the Köpenicker basin and the Seddinsee. Our core tasks include swimming and lifeguard training, education about water hazards and water rescue services. The DLRG is also active in the civil protection of the federal states and, depending on state legislation, in the rescue service.
