L'Association des Chambres d'Agriculture des Pyrénées (ACAP) a pour objet la mutualisation des réflexions des Chambres départementales d'agriculture de la chaîne des Pyrénées. Elle vise à apporter un degré supplémentaire de cohérence à leurs actions en faveur de la montagne. Elle associe dans ses travaux les acteurs territoriaux, régionaux et nationaux, ainsi que les administrations et la recherche, dans une volonté d'échanges et de convergence. L'ACAP poursuit des études techniques à l'échelle du massif, assure une concertation entre les professionnels de l'agriculture et contribue aux débats relatifs aux politiques agricoles et territoriales.
