ACRE Investment Company, LLC is a Northern California based investment firm pursuing value-add commercial and residential real estate opportunities. Partnered with private equity sources, ACRE seeks to acquire or participate in transactions where inefficiencies in the real estate and/or capital markets create opportunity to significantly increase project value. The ACRE process starts with market research, site selection and municipal entitlements leading the way to property acquisition by ACRE and turn-key tenant improvements.
