Acorn Street Capital ("ASC") is an alternative lending company, making private debt and credit-related investments with a focus on structuring “bespoke” solutions. ASC primarily focuses on small to medium balance opportunities, generally within the United States and often within the Northeast. Although investments are typically first-lien, ASC invests across the capital structure, including second-lien, unsecured, mezzanine, preferred equity, and equity buyout. ASC’s target investment size is $1 million - $10 million, with investments up to $15 million. ASC differentiates itself with (i) deep structuring expertise (ii) willingness to understand complex collateral (iii) ability to deploy capital rapidly and (iv) integrity. ASC has flexibility to invest across a variety of industries.
