4th Dimension IP Overview

Founded by US-born, Ivy League educated patent attorneys, Fourth Dimension IP grew from the desire to provide our clients with quality, personalized service, without sacrificing intellect, attention to detail, or cost-effectiveness. Although based in Israel, we practice directly before the USPTO, and we invest considerable effort maintaining familiarity with the ever-changing intricacies and vicissitudes of US law and USPTO practice. Additionally - and in contrast to the common practice in the United States - our principals did not proceed directly to law school after university. Instead, we bring years of 'real world' engineering and scientific experience to the table. We are strong advocates of "IP-directed research", working with our clients in the early stages of R&D to devise research programs that will lend themselves to securing patent protection when the time comes. The services we provide include patent drafting and management of our clients' worldwide patent portfolios; patent prosecution before both US and Israel Patent Offices, for applications we've written as well as those originating elsewhere; prior art searching and patentability opinions; patent non-infringement and invalidity opinions; freedom to operate opinions; and patent portfolio analysis.
