Hotels book the guest and use the credit card to secure the booking – not charged until their arrival.
We require hotels reply to confirm the booking back to our office or via our Extranet system. A hotel confirmation number ensures the booking has been received and processed. 4got2book.com invoice your hotel for commission at the end of the month of departure.
