3 Turn Productions creates historically accurate worlds based on classic literature. Ever, Jane, our first world, brings the world of Jane Austen to virtual life. Players enter the world of the Regency period, creating characters and acting out stories in a sandbox environment. Immersion through game play allows one to experience, as much as possible in the modern age, the economic, legal, and social systems of the historic period. We strive for historical accuracy in our worlds and hope to bring the joys of role play in traditional MMO worlds based in fantasy and science-fiction to a broader literary audience less familiar with video games. Immersion in history awakens an interest in the period that goes beyond playing the game. We have seen players immersed in fantasy world lore research and extrapolate on that lore and wish to bring that same sense of fun and wonder to history through literature.
