3rd Ave Investments is a real estate investment and management firm specializing in the acquisition and re-positioning of Arizona multifamily assets through a value-add private equity fund structure. Founded in 2013 by Zev Hendeles and Asher Jungreis, 3rd Ave has acquired more than 600 apartments with a cumulative market value of over $50 million. Together, the pair have built a vertically integrated firm and are directly involved in all aspects of the acquisition, re-positioning and/or redevelopment process of each property. 3rd Ave targets under-managed, undervalued and off-market investments in Arizona, where opportunities exist to create value through a more active management approach. Through the team’s experience, 3rd Ave has demonstrated an ability to create and maximize value through operational efficiencies, local expertise, and hands-on real estate knowledge.
