Over the last week, we have consistently been concentrating as to how you could improve your sales. We started off with the list of Gmail apps and Chrome extensions that could be of use to you. Today we will look into a few CRM tools that can be used by small businesses across the world. Why is CRM important for small businesses? It is extremely important as it helps you stay up to date with your lead prospects, your potential clients and current client database. A Sales CRM system allows you to keep track of everything related to your customers. It keeps a record of their contacts, previous emails and calls, visits, the progress of individual sales or deals, and more.
Having all of this data will make it easier for you to deal with each of these people. You can target and segment them as you please and you can understand what keeps them happy. A customer relationship management system can also facilitate the use of tools such as mass emails and web form support could win you new orders.
It sounds interesting, doesn’t it? But aren’t most good things expensive? Not necessarily. We have a list of sales CRM tools waiting to be seen by you which are not too expensive or complicated. We would like you to keep in mind that we have classified them as being expensive and simplistic after taking into consideration the reactions these tools have received by people from all walks of life.

I’ve been trying Zoho and I like it although I’m not using all its potential. The best controller from my point of view is HUBSPOT in its free version. It would be very nice to have information about prices of each….
Wow, Bitrix24 looks really really good for a free CRM and I’ve tried a ton. Definitely better than Zoho, Insightly and others that charge you. Thanks for the article Frank.
This is a great list of CRMs. Thanks for sharing. I’ve used a few of them and currrently using Zoho along with AeroLeads for lead generation and the combo is great.
A great round-up, Frank!
Also, for those who like Streak, but would like some more flexibility for a smaller price, check out NetHunt CRM (https://nethunt.com/).
