AeroLeads v3 – Working with New LinkedIn Layout + Upload Existing Data

As LinkedIn is pushing new layout for its premium business users including sales navigator, recruiter account and premium accounts globally and most of the users are now seeing the new design of linkedIn.

Though the older LinkedIn layout still works (unless you exclusively chose the new one), we decided to push the newer version of AeroLeads. If you already have AeroLeads plugin installed, you don’t have to do anything as it will get auto-upgraded when you restart Chrome. The latest version is 3.1.8. To check which Aeroleads plugin you are using, go to chrome://extensions/, you should see something like this.

Now upload existing prospects

We have also launched feature of uploading existing contacts to AeroLeads so users don’t add the same prospect again. This feature was requested by many of users as it helps to migrate from other prospecting tools like SalesLoft. Now you can just import all your existing data to AeroLeads and start from where you had left your prospecting and lead generation.

To upload your existing prospects, just go to and copy/paste your data in the text area in the first name, Last Name, Company name, LinkedIn Url and Email (5 fields) and it will get uploaded to AeroLeads. After this, if you try to add the prospect again using the chrome plugin, you will see an “Exist” message. Currently, this feature is only available to paid users.

For new feature request, you can drop us an email to “hello @”. You can also signup at AeroLeads if you haven’t used it. It comes with 10 free credits which allow you to test and explore the software.
