We have used this On and Off at AeroLeads. Streak CRM is a free gmail addon and can convert your gmail box to powerful sales software. It is ideal for one man and small team.
Ring.io is from Salesforce and Zoho together and they do something that might seem unusual as compared to many other CRM software’s. They work on the basis of phone call prospecting and would be a wonderful addition to your business if it deals with phone calls.
